As in-house counsel, he provides strategic legal advice related to television, media, entertainment, production, music, clearance, licensing, sponsorships, branding, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, lease agreements, employment and corporate disputes.
Prescod has experience negotiating development, production services agreements and production talent agreements with various media and entertainment companies and talent.
Prior to joining Center Drive Media, Prescod spent eight years as anserved as legal counsel attorney and as a Rights and Deliverables/Clearance Coordinator at Pilgrim Media Group Productions and Bunim-Murray Productions.
